    How do I return my order?
    You can return your purchases online or to a Levi's Retail Store or Levi's Outlet. If you used PayPal, you can return online for a full refund or in-store for store credit. There are three ways to make your return:

    - Use the prepaid , pre-addressed USPS or UPS shipping label included with your order to ship your return $7.50 will be deducted
      from your refund.

    - Mail by a carrier of your choice (and at your own expense) to:

    - Return to any Levi's Retail Store, along with your original packing slip and/or a copy of your Shipping Confirmation email or online purchase
      receipt. Items returned without a receipt are eligible for store credit only.

    How (and how soon) will I receive my refund?
    Your original form of payment will be refunded within 30 days of receiving your return. Gift returns will be refunded to the original purchaser. Items without receipts are not eligible for refunds but may be eligible for store credit.

    What if my order is damaged?
    If you receive a damaged or defective item, get in touch with our Customer Service team right away and we'll send you a replacement (provided we hear from you before an item has sold out). You can reach the team at 1.866.860.8907.
    If you'd rather return the item, call us so that we can make sure you don't have to pay for return shipping.
    If an item proves defective in workmanship or materials within 14 days, our Customer Service team will be happy to assist you. This applies only to normal wear and does not apply to misuse, accidental damage, or changing your mind.
    Before contacting Customer Service, have your order number ready - you can find your order number by logging in to your account. And of course, please be ready to describe the damage or defect.

    Currently we cannot accept online returns for items purchased at Levi's Retail Store, Levi's Outlet Store, or department store.

    How do I return a Levi item purchased at a store?
    You can return an item purchased at a Levi's Retail Store to any Levi's Retail store. Items purchased at a Levi's Outlet Store can only be returned to a Levi's Outlet Store. Items purchased at a department store may not be returned to a Levi's Retail Store or Levi's Outlet Store location.

    Can I ship to address other than my billing address?
    Yes - you'll be given this option during online checkout. If you enter a shipping address that's different from your billing address, we may need to contact you in order to confirm the correct shipping information.

    Where do you ship and how much does it cost?
    We're happy to ship your order anywhere in the United States, or to an APO/FPO address. Please note that we are not able to ship internationally or to US territories from our US site, but you can still shop online by locating your country-specific Levi's site here.
    Shipping methods and costs will vary based on your order's content and destination. After choosing your preferred shipping method at checkout, your total shipping charges will be displayed before your order is completed.
    Orders with shipping destinations in Alaska or Hawaii may require 2-3 additional business days for delivery.
    Orders shipping to an APO / FPO military address or a Post Office box may only be shipped via Ground delivery (through U.S. Postal Service) and cannot be expedited .

    Do you offer 2-Day or Overnight Shipping? How much does it cost?
    Yes, we offer 2-Day and Overnight shipping in addition to Ground shipping (3-6 days). Our shipping pricing is as follows:

    To upgrade to Overnight Shipping, your order must be received and confirmed by 7PM EST or it may not be processed until the following business day. If you upgrade to 2-Day Shipping, your order must be confirmed by 2PM EST.
    Our business days are Monday — Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Please note: for 2-Day and Overnight orders placed on Christmas Eve (12/24), Christmas Day (12/25), and New Year’s Day (1/1) there will be an additional 2 days of processing time.

    Help! I keep missing my delivery. What should I do?
    If you miss your delivery, the carrier will let you know when they'll try to re-deliver. After three delivery attempts, you'll need to contact the carrier about picking up your delivery at a carrier depot. If you aren't able to collect your delivery from the depot, it will be sent back to Levi's eShop Returns department.

    When will my order start processing?
    Most orders begin processing as soon as you've clicked "Complete My Order". After we've confirmed your payment method and shipping address, we'll make sure your items are in stock.
    We'll send you an email as soon as your order ships. Delivery times may vary depending on your shipping address, but most orders will deliver within 5 business days.

    Why can’t I add an item to my shopping cart?
    If you are unable to add an item to your shopping cart, unfortunately that means the item you selected is currently out of stock. Please continue to check back for updated availability if you are still interested in purchasing the item or see "What if my items are out of stock online?" for other options.

    If something you love is out of stock, don't panic. Select your size and color and then click "Find in Store" — or use our Store Locator tool to give your nearest Levi's store a call.

    How do I redeem a promo code?
    Once you've picked out your stuff, go to "My Bag" to start the checkout process. Once there, you'll see a field for PROMOTION CODE. Enter the code exactly as it appears (codes are case-sensitive), then click APPLY.
    You can use one promotion code at a time, and we aren't able to apply a promotion code after you've submitted your order.

    We want to protect the integrity of our amazing brand, so Levi Strauss & Co. is committed to enforcing its trademark and property rights in order to prevent the sale of counterfeit products bearing its trademark or designs. However, we're aware of counterfeit Levi's products in the marketplace. In order to avoid purchasing a counterfeit item, we recommend that you purchase your jeans from or from one of our authorized Levi's dealers.
    Characteristics of counterfeit products will vary on a case by case basis, but there are two trademarks of genuine Levi's jeans:
    1. The Tab Device trademark on the back right pocket
    2. The Arcuate Stitching Design trademark (or "double arcs) on the back pockets

    Can I cancel my order?

    Can I have my order gift-wrapped?
    Yes! We offer gift-wrapping for most items at a charge of just $4.95 per item (this charge apples to gift cards as well). To have something gift-wrapped, just select the "Gift Wrap" option and proceed through checkout — you'll see your updated total on the next screen.
    Please note that there are some items we aren't able to gift wrap. If you need to return your gift, gift-wrapping charges are non-refundable.

    Why did my order get canceled?
    Occasionally, all or part of an order will get canceled. It's usually because of one of the following reasons:

    - Out of stock items
    - Problems with processing payment information
    - Problems with a shipping address
    - Duplicate orders
    If your order gets canceled, you'll receive an important email explaining the details. And of course, you won't be billed for any canceled items.

    Do you charge sales tax on Gift Cards?
    We don't, but items paid for with Gift Cards will be charged the applicable state sales tax according to their shipping address.

    Will my payment information be secure?
    We take security very seriously, so we do everything we reasonably can to protect your information. All confidential data, including payment information, is encrypted and transmitted through our industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL). Should any unauthorized charges show up on your credit card as a result of shopping with, you must alert your credit card provider immediately and in accordance with your credit card's reporting rules and procedures. Levi's will assume liability for purchases made through only if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own. If your bank holds you responsible for fraudulent charges, we will cover your liability up to $50.00.

    What kind of security do you use for MasterCard and Visa credit cards?
    3D Secure technology is designed to reduce the possibility of fraudulent card use by authenticating the cardholder at the time of the transaction, thereby protecting him or her against unauthorized use of the card. All MasterCard SecureCode or Verified by Visa (VbV) authentication requires that the cardholder register his or her card on the MasterCard or Visa website in order to take advantage of this service.
    If your card is registered and eligible at the time of payment, you'll see a screen from your card issues asking you to validate your unique registration code in order to approve the transaction. If you're not registered yet but know that your bank supports either MasterCard SecureCode or VbV, you may be prompted to register for the service as you check out.

    Why is there a charge showing on my card if my order was cancelled/delayed?
    When you attempt to place your order, a temporary authorization may be placed on your credit, debit card, or gift card. Please be assured this is not a charge and this authorization will be removed. When the authorization is removed by your bank, the funds will become available for you. For credit or debit cards, this authorization hold usually drops off within 3 to 5 business days depending on your bank. For gift cards, this hold drops off within 5 to 7 business days.
