    Return Policy

    We hope you love your Levi Strauss & Co. product, however if you’re not completely satisfied, you can return merchandise within 60 days of purchase.

    There are three ways to make your return:

    1. Use the prepaid, pre-addressed UPS shipping label included with your order to ship your return. $7.50 will be deducted from your refund.
    2. If you no longer have your return label, please print your order and/or shipping confirmation email and include it with your return. Mail by a carrier of your choice (and at your own expense) to:

    3. Return to any Levi's® Retail Store, along with your original packing slip and/or a copy of your Shipping Confirmation email or online purchase receipt. Items returned without a receipt are eligible for store credit only. Items purchased using PayPal™ will be refunded for store credit only.

    What is the Canadian return policy?

    We want you to absolutely love your Levi’s® purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return all merchandise within 60 days of purchase.

    We are pleased to offer flat fee returns for our Canadian customers via our international shipping partner, i-Parcel, a UPS company. A $20(CAD) fee per return will be deducted from your return credit when the merchandise return credit is issued to the original method of payment. We will handle all customs formalities and delivery back to our fulfillment center in the United States.

    Canadian Return(s)

    1. Go to and click Returns in the bottom left
    2. Enter the tracking number from your purchase confirmation email and the email address from your original order to access your order history
    3. Select the items you wish to return
    4. Print the returns label for Canada Post
    5. Retain the return tracking number listed on your return label
    6. Pack your return securely, in the original packaging if possible, and attach shipping label to the outside of the package, making sure no other tracking labels are visible
    7. Ship package with Canada Post via any of the following methods:
      1. Option 1: Place in mailbox
      2. Option 2: Drop off at any Canada Post shipping location

    How (and how soon) will I receive my refund?

    We will process your refund within 7 business days after receiving your return. During the holiday season (December-February), returns may take up to 14 business days to process due to higher than normal volumes. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account. Gift returns will be refunded to the original purchaser.

    What if my order is damaged?

    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please call our Customer Service team and we'll send you a replacement (provided we hear from you before an item has sold out). You can reach the team at 1.866.860.8907.

    If you'd rather return the item, call us so that we can make sure you don't have to pay for return shipping.

    If an item proves defective in workmanship or materials within 14 days, our Customer Service team will be happy to assist you. This applies only to normal wear and does not apply to misuse, accidental damage, or changing your mind.

    Before contacting Customer Service, have your order number ready - you can find your order number by logging in to your account. And of course, please be ready to describe the damage or defect.

    How do I return a Levi's item purchased at a store?

    You can return an item purchased at a Levi's® Retail Store to any Levi's® Retail store. Items purchased at a Levi's® Outlet Store can only be returned to a Levi's® Outlet Store. Items purchased at a department store may not be returned to a Levi's® Retail Store or Levi's® Outlet Store location.     I have a quality concern, what should I do?

    Levi's® stands behind the quality of everything we sell and we want you to be happy with your product. All Levi's® brand products have a 2 year warranty against manufacturing and material defects (aside from normal wear and tear).

    If you feel your garment is defective, you can send it into to us to be inspected. If your garment is found to be defective, it will be replaced with the same or similar garment. If it is not found to be defective, it will be returned to you with a letter of explanation.

    For warranty evaluation, your product must be returned directly to Levi's® and sent to:

    All warranty-related shipping must be pre-paid, and we suggest insured. State law requires that products accepted for review are clean.

    Where do you ship?

    We're happy to ship your order anywhere in the United States, or to an APO/FPO address. Please note that we are not able to ship internationally or to US territories from our US site, but you can still shop online by locating your country-specific Levi's® site here.

    How much is shipping?

    Shipping methods and costs will vary based on your order's content and destination. After choosing your preferred shipping method at checkout, your total shipping charges will be displayed before your order is completed.

    For Ground, your order must be received and your credit card authorized by 3:00 p.m. EST and 12:00 p.m. PST or your order will not be processed until the following business day. For Second Day delivery, your order must be received and your credit card authorized by 3: 00 p.m. EST and 12:00 p.m. PST or your order will not be processed until the following business day.

    For Overnight delivery, your order must be received and your credit card authorized by 7:00 p.m. EST and 4:00 p.m. PST or your order will not be processed until the following business day. Orders with shipping destinations in Alaska or Hawaii may require 2-3 additional business days for delivery.

    Orders shipping to an APO / FPO military address or a Post Office box may only be shipped via Ground delivery (through U.S. Postal Service) and cannot be expedited.

    Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

    Please note if your order requires gift wrap it may take an additional day to process.

    Help! I keep missing my delivery. What should I do?

    If you are not available to receive your delivery, the carrier will leave a contact card at your address saying when they will attempt to re-deliver the package. If on the third attempt at delivery you are not in to receive the parcel, it will be returned to the carrier depot. If you don’t collect it or arrange re-delivery, the parcel will be sent back to the Levi's® Returns Department.

    What if I am an international customer who wants to purchase from your site?

    U.S. orders cannot be shipped internationally, but Levi’s® offers online shopping options in several countries worldwide. Please visit or click the flag at the top right of to change countries. Please note that not all countries on the page have shopping options but may have sites containing information about Levi’s® products. U.S. orders can be shipped to the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses.     When will my order start processing?

    Most orders begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your order will be shipped once the items are located in stock, your payment is approved and the receiving address is verified. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will be notified by email.     How do I redeem a promo code?

    Once you have selected the items for your order, click on the shopping bag icon and start the checkout process. On this page you‘ll see a field that says ENTER PROMOTIONAL CODE. Enter the code exactly as it appears (codes are case-sensitive), then click APPLY. If you missed the promo code box during checkout, click on the shopping bag icon to return to your shopping bag where you will be able to enter your promo code. You can only use one promotion code at a time, and we aren't able to apply a promotion code after you've submitted your order.

    We offer gift-wrapping for most items at a charge of $4.95 per order including physical gift cards.     Occasionally, all or part of an order will get canceled. Order cancelling usually occurs because of one of the following reasons:

    3D Secure technology is designed to reduce the possibility of fraudulent card use by authenticating the cardholder at the time of the transaction, thereby protecting him or her against unauthorized use of the card. All MasterCard SecureCode or Verified by Visa (VbV) authentication requires that the cardholder register his or her card on the MasterCard or Visa website in order to take advantage of this service.
