Return Policy

It's easy to return items. In your parcel, you will find a pre-paid, pre-addressed UPS label to affix to your return package. Levi’s® will replace or refund any item returned within 28 calendar days of the delivery date.

Rules & Restrictions

  • - To receive credit, make sure to return items within 28 days of purchase.
  • - You must include the return portion of the original packing slip. Make sure that you save copies for your records.
  • - Shipping and handling costs and other additional charges are non-refundable.
  • - If there is extensive damage to an item upon delivery, report it to the carrier agent and contact Customer Services on 00800 53847 501.

For retail purchase returns:

    Currently items purchased from a Levi's® retail store, Levi's® outlet store or department store cannot be returned to our online store by post. Items purchased from may not be returned to a Levi's® outlet store, a department store or a Levi's® retail store location. We’re working on this and hope to be able to offer this flexibility soon.
