For convenient return processing, you will find a pre-paid, pre-addressed label for your return package in your parcel.
How to make a return:
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts and accessories. All promotional offers must be returned in their entirety. All returned items are inspected before a refund is made and must be returned in good condition to ensure full credit.
- Complete the return reason questionnaire on the packing slip and include the slip in the return package.
- Affix the pre-paid label to the package. You will find it in the parcel. Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
- Call UPS Hotline on 078-250-877 to make arrangements for the collection. Please keep your pick up address, preferred date for pick up, phone number and return number (mentioned on the adhesive label) ready. When you call, specify that it is a standard shipment with UPS return label.
- Remember to retain the customer receipt with the Tracking Number.
As soon as we receive your return, we will notify you by email and proceed with the returns check and validation. Once it has been approved, you can expect your refund to be credited within the next 5 working days. Please note that refund times are dictated by the issuing bank and are outside our control.

No postage is required.
If you do not use our preferred carrier to return our products, you can choose to return the goods at your own expense. In this case, we advise that you obtain a proof of postage certificate. Please make sure to include all items in the original packaging. We do not accept any responsibility for orders until they are received at our warehouse.
