Returning is Easy

We hope you'll love your Levi’s purchase, but we’re happy to accept returns within 28 days of the date of purchase.
There are three ways to return your products to Levi.com:
For retail purchase returns:
Currently items purchased from a Levi’s® retail store, Levi’s® outlet store or department store cannot be returned to our online store by post. Items purchased from levi.com may not be returned to a Levi’s® outlet store, a department store or a Levi’s® retail store location. We’re working on this and hope to be able to offer this flexibility soon.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, get in touch with our Customer Service team right away and we’ll send you a replacement (provided we hear from you before an item has sold out). You can reach the team on 00800 53847 501.
If you’d rather return the item, call us so that we can make sure you don’t have to pay for return shipping.
If an item proves defective in terms of workmanship or materials within 14 days, our Customer Service team will be happy to assist you. This applies only to normal wear and does not apply to misuse, accidental damage, or changing your mind.
Before contacting Customer Service, have your order number ready – you can find your order number by logging in to your Levi.com account. And of course, please be ready to describe the damage or defect.
Your refund should appear on your bank statement within 13 working days. Refund times are dictated by the issuing bank and are outside our control. Please consult your bank for more information. Items without receipts are not eligible for refunds but may be eligible for store credit.
